For generations, our family has shaped the houses and neighborhoods that make this city home.
From foundational repairs to full-scale renovations, we bring the same care to every project — because a Middletown home deserves nothing less.
Whether it's a single repair or a complete transformation, we bring the skill, integrity, and attention to detail that Middletown homeowners expect.
Kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, room additions, and whole-home renovations done right the first time.
From foundation to finish, we build custom homes that stand the test of time and reflect your vision.
Roof repairs, plumbing fixes, structural work, and seasonal maintenance — reliable service when you need it most.
Custom decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces designed for Middletown's seasons and your lifestyle.
Drywall, painting, trim work, flooring, and the finishing touches that make a house feel like home.
Storm damage, urgent structural issues, and unexpected problems — we respond quickly to protect your home.
Martinez Construction was founded on a simple belief: a Middletown home is a family's most important investment, and it deserves builders who treat it that way.
We've spent over a decade working alongside homeowners across Orange County — from modest repair jobs to ambitious custom builds — earning trust through honest communication, fair pricing, and work that speaks for itself.
Every home we touch carries the same commitment to quality — no shortcuts, no compromises.
